Posey Passive Infrared Sensor (PIR) provides the most non-invasive means to
monitor unassisted bed exits. The PIR senses temperature
change rather than motion, so the chance of false alarm is
minimized. Besides being used for unassisted bed exits, the
PIR can also be used to monitor doorways or specific areas within a

The Wireless Sitter Select will send the alarm to any of our
Nursecall Consoles/Receivers. If your console has a paging,
transmitter, alarms can also be sent directly to pocket pagers
carried by the caregivers. The "Mute" feature is perfect for
nighttime use so as not to agitate sensitive clients or disturb
roommates.

Silence is Golden... This Wireless PIR
makes no sound at all in the patients room, only the Nursecall
Console and or Pocket Pagers are instantly notified.
Add the Wireless Paging Transmitter to any Sitter II and send alarms
directly to pocket pagers carried by caregivers. no Nursecall
Console is needed. Features include pager escalation to page
other caregivers for continuing alarms.
