About NURSECALL Northwest
One day while
working at a Seattle wireless communications company, Frank Rainsberger
received a call from a local Assisted Living facility to replace a very
old obsolete emergency call system. Frank had never paid to much
attention to emergency call systems in the past but he soon found a
wireless emergency call system that seemed to meet the needs of the
customer. in time, Frank had serviced a handful of Assisted Living
facilities and each time that he met with a customer, he could not help
but notice that there certainly seemed to be a lack of local contractors
that sold or repaired emergency call systems. Many of these
systems were no longer supported by the manufacturer and sometimes the
manufacturer was not even in business any longer!!
This led to the idea that a business that focused exclusively on wireless emergency call systems could actually be successful. So after learning as much as he could about the special needs of the long term care industry, Frank incorporated NURSECALL Northwest on April 1st, 2004 (April Fools Day).
Today NURSECALL Northwest is not only surviving but growing rapidly. In our very 1st year we became the nation's largest dealer of Vision Link Wireless Emergency Call Systems and are now integrating the quality line of Posy Fall Prevention Products and Accutech Wander Prevention Products into our wireless portfolio. Our entire story is not finished yet and much has yet to be told, hopefully with your help this page will just keep getting longer and longer.
